Hollow Flame Games ("we", "our", or "us") operates Ascension: Road to Freedom (the "Game"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Game.

Information Collection and Use

We do not collect any personal information.

Ascension: Road to Freedom is designed with your privacy in mind. The Game:

• Does not require account creation or login
• Does not collect personal data such as name, email, or phone number
• Does not track your location
• Does not use analytics or tracking services
• Does not contain advertisements

Local Data Storage

The Game stores your progress (save files, settings, and preferences) locally on your device only. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not transmitted to any server
• Is not accessible by us or any third party
• Can be deleted by uninstalling the Game or clearing app data

Network Connections

The Game does not open any network connection of its own. The only network activity is the in-app purchase flow, handled by the store described below.

In-App Purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases. On Android these are processed by Google Play, and on iOS by the Apple App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by the store; we do not receive, store, or have access to your payment information. On iOS, the Game asks the App Store which purchases your Apple Account already owns, so that a reinstall can restore them. No personal information is sent by the Game in that request.

Children's Privacy

Our Game does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no risk of children's data being collected or stored.

Third-Party Services

The Game uses Google Play Services for in-app purchases on Android, and Apple's App Store (StoreKit) for in-app purchases on iOS. Their respective privacy policies apply to those services: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
